Not Sure Yet because it still hasn't arrived

I placed this order over 2 weeks ago and it's still at the same tracking location since I've ordered.

Hi, Kimberley - sadly, with so many changes with USPS, our larger packages (the 11x17 is shipped in a 21x17 mailer) are taking amost twice as long to arrive. I checked and can see the package was delivered on 3/24. We are so sorry for the delay, and we really wish we could hand deliver every package.
