Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Try your Fodeez® Frames on the surfaces you actually plan to use them on. Hang your signs, swap your photos, put them through their paces. If they're not everything you hoped for, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a full refund or a replacement, whichever works better for you.

- Not satisfied? Email us at cs@fodeez.com or call 708-967-5060 within 30 days of delivery and tell us what went wrong.
- We make it right. We'll walk through it with you and offer a refund or replacement — your choice.
What's Covered
Our guarantee covers any Fodeez® Frame that doesn't perform the way we say it will — whether the adhesive doesn't hold, a frame arrives damaged, or you simply decide it's not the right fit for your space. We're not here to nickel-and-dime you over the reason; if it's not working out, we want to hear from you.
A Note on Adhesive & Surfaces
Fodeez® Frames are designed to be damage-free, but adhesive strength does depend on getting the right frame for your surface — strong adhesive for textured surfaces like drywall, sheetrock, and cinder block; light adhesive for smooth surfaces like glass, acrylic, stainless steel, doors, and cabinets. Full instructions come printed on the back of every frame. If you're not sure you have the right match, reach out before you hang anything — we're happy to help you get it right the first time.
