These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, purchases made directly through our website, and participation in the Fodeez® Frames text messaging program. Please read them carefully.

1. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use website content in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase.

2. Product Information and Proper Use

Fodeez® Frames are reusable adhesive frames designed to display paper inserts and provide a clear front suitable for dry-erase use, as described on the applicable product page.

Different products are intended for different surfaces. Review the product description and instructions to select the appropriate frame for walls, smooth surfaces, or double-sided viewing on glass.

Follow all installation, removal, cleaning, and storage instructions. Adhesion and reusability depend on surface compatibility, cleanliness, handling, care, and environmental conditions.

Product descriptions, instructions, and express guarantees remain applicable. Nothing in these terms eliminates a product promise or a right provided by law.

3. Prices, Payments, and Orders

Prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is placed. The applicable currency, taxes, and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment problems, or material pricing or description errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before charging a higher price or making a substitution. Payments for canceled items will be refunded promptly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options and applicable charges are provided at checkout. Shipment estimates and preorder timeframes are provided where applicable.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide any notices, consent requests, cancellation options, and refunds required by applicable law.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees

Our Shipping & Returns policy and any applicable satisfaction guarantee presented at the time of purchase govern eligible returns and refunds.

Please contact us before returning a product for instructions. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, provide your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve your request.

Nothing in our return procedures limits remedies required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, including eligible products, expiration dates, and quantity limits.

7. Fodeez® Frames SMS/MMS Messaging Program

Program Description

The Fodeez® Frames messaging program allows customers who opt in to receive text messages from us at the mobile number they provide.

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:

Promotional offers, discounts, and sales announcements.
New product launches and product availability updates.
Order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.
Customer service communications related to your inquiries or purchases.

Consent to Receive Messages

By affirmatively opting in through a Fodeez® Frames signup form or another clearly disclosed enrollment method, you agree to receive the types of SMS/MMS messages described when you enroll. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Providing a telephone number during checkout or contacting customer service does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring promotional text messages. We obtain separate marketing consent where required.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your subscriptions, purchases, interactions, and our promotional schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms govern any charges for sending or receiving messages. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Fodeez® Frames text message to unsubscribe. We also honor other recognized opt-out keywords and reasonable requests to withdraw consent as required by law.

After opting out, you may receive one non-promotional message confirming your unsubscribe request. No further messages will be sent through that program unless you opt in again.

You may also contact cs@fodeez.com for assistance withdrawing consent. Unsubscribing from text messages does not cancel an order.

Eligibility and Telephone Numbers

The program is intended for users in the United States and Canada who can provide valid consent and have a compatible mobile device and messaging plan.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Please notify us if your number changes or is reassigned, and unsubscribe before giving up the number.

Delivery and Carrier Responsibility

Message delivery depends on your carrier, network availability, and other technical conditions. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This provision does not limit liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Mobile Privacy
